We are experiencing rapid growth and require an Administrations Assistant!

We service a wide range of locations throughout the Melbourne Metro area, North, Eastern and South-Eastern Suburbs, so a willingness to travel is necessary.

About the role:

• Flexible working hours 2-3 days/week

• Part-time WFH (work from home)

• Basic trade administration

• Liaising with customers, suppliers and employees

• Booking client appointments

• Following up on invoices

• Following up on enquiries

• Preferable experience with Xero & Aroflo

• Pay depending on qualifications and experience 

About you:

• General office administration

• Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone

• Self motivated

• Ability to work well with a team

A Grade Qualified Electrician

We are experiencing rapid growth and require an A Grade who is looking for a long-term role, with the ability to grow alongside us and progress over time into a more senior position. 

A company van will be provided alongside a mobile phone allowance/plan after a probation period to the right candidate.

About the role:

• Real Estate service and maintenance work all over Melbourne 

• Commercial electrical maintenance/installation work at our school clientele  

• Domestic extensions/renovations including switchboard/mains upgrades 

• Air conditioning installation  

• Solar  

• Recording task information and job management within Aroflo – training provided 

• $37-45/hr + super ($73-$89k + super) depending on qualifications and experience 

About you:

• VCE or equivalent School Certificate required 

• A Grade or recently qualified 

• Working with Children’s check preferrable  

• Restricted Split System licence preferred, but not essential 

• Ability to work well with a team and train apprentices 

• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment 

• Effective communication skills 

• Ability to adopt and promote a clean, tidy, safe, and positive work environment, in line with company culture and reputation
